1. Phone Shoppers - You must scroll all the way down after entering your billing information. DO NOT Click the Continue to Shipping Button; keep scrolling to find the Promo Code Box.  After you enter and apply your promo code, scroll back up and click Continue to Shipping.  (See Image)

2. Computer Shoppers - Click on the cart icon and click "Edit Cart."  The promo code entry box will now show up on the right near the order subtotal.
