The Neon Diablo 5 Inch, fireworks artillery shell kit by Black Cat comes 6 to a pack. They are beautifully packed and contain bold colorful, artillery shells and a fiberglass mortar launch tube. They're almost too pretty to light! Each artillery shell is inserted into the fiberglass mortar launch tube, one at a time. When lit, the artillery shell will launch from the mortar tube approximately 100 feet in the sky and burst into a big and colorful fireworks effects.
