    How To Schedule Your Delivery Appointment

    We strive to get orders processed and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, we have no control over transit delays. There are some things you can do to keep the delivery process running smoothly.  

    You can help get your delivery sooner by making sure you provided a good phone number for the freight company to reach you. This means a phone that is answered or has a voicemail box where they can leave you a message. When your order reaches the local freight terminal, the freight company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. 

    A delivery appointment is required for all fireworks shipments. An adult (18+) must be available to unload the shipment and sign for the delivery. 

    The estimated or scheduled delivery date shown on your tracking info is typically the date your order will arrive at the local freight terminal.  This may not be the date you receive your order.  

    You may be able to speed up delivery by contacting the freight company directly to schedule a delivery appointment. You should be able to do this once there is an estimated delivery date associated with your order. 

    Generally, our shipment confirmation emails are sent daily by 7:30 pm Eastern time.  Please watch for your tracking number in that email.  When you receive your shipment confirmation email, click on the tracking number, and it will take you to the freight company website.   Each company is a little different when you track your order, but in general, if you call the customer service number and provide your tracking number to the representative, they either give you the local terminal number or schedule the appointment for you.
