Ground Shipping
When you place only Ground Eligible Items in your cart, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. The shipping charges will be calculated at checkout before you enter your payment.
These orders are typically processed and shipped in one to two business days after you place your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your label has been created or your order has shipped. We enter tracking numbers daily, usually by 7:30 pm Eastern Time.
Shipments are not picked up or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot rush or expedite ground orders. Our shipments originate in Michigan, so depending on your proximity to us, you should plan on 1 to 5 business days to receive your package.
IGNITE FIRING SYSTEMS are shipped ground. Ground rates include insurance, so they may be a bit higher on these items. They typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days after we ship. We cannot expedite the shipment, and due to containing batteries, the system will always ship separate from other products you order.
Here is what to do...
It is rare, but if your package arrives damaged, take the following pictures and email them to us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment:
1) A photo showing the top and two sides of the exterior box.
2) A photo showing the bottom and the other two sides of the exterior box.
3) A photo of the bottom of the box showing the box’s crush rating.
4) A photo of the shipping label clearly showing the tracking number.
5) A photo of the packing material (open the box for this photo).
6) Photo(s) of the damaged product inside the box. (Cosmetic damage is not eligible for a claim. e.g. The outer package of a box of smoke balls containing inner packages of smoke balls that are not damaged.)
We cannot file a claim without all of these photos. Send damage claim emails with photos to us HERE.
